Job Description:

Yum Brands is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in San Diego, California. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of solutions and services to clients.- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for growth.- Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction, retention, and overall success.- Provide training and guidance to clients on utilizing our products and services effectively.- Monitor client performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve client support processes.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in client support or account management, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.- Driven and adaptable personality traits.- Strong planning and analysis soft skills.
