Client Service Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

Best Buy is seeking a Client Service Representative to work from home in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, services, and policies- Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service delivery- Take ownership of client concerns and follow through to resolution

Requirements:- Confident and independent personality traits- Excellent communication and persuasion skills- Strong time management and organizational skills- Ability to work remotely and independently- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
