Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at Dana Holding in Phoenix, Arizona. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client service management, you will be responsible for overseeing the relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded- Track key account metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients- Provide leadership and guidance to the client service team, fostering a culture of cooperation and excellence- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve client service processes
Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in client service management- Strong dedication to client satisfaction and hardworking attitude- Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment that embraces change- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (MBA preferred)
