Job Description:
Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Entry Level Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met- Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure timely delivery of services- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients- Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to improve service delivery- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements:- Independent and resilient attitude to handle challenging situations with clients- Strong people management skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients- Adaptability to quickly adjust to changing client needs and business requirements- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
