Responsibilities
• Owning the presentation system used for introducing, deepening, and proposing to prospects and clients• Updating the presentation approach to focus on the client's needs and how the company will help them• Visualizing 'How we help you' for individual client needs• Tracking presentation development/usage and sharing 'what's working' with client-facing partners• Assisting top producers with key finalist presentations• Co-owning the roadmap for the presentation tool to improve usability• Driving a tight process to deliver on time with flawless execution• Overseeing quality control of the internal sales repository• Identifying content that should be retired/refreshed• Delivering engaging PowerPoint presentations that support desired conversations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum 5-7 years' marketing or sales experience, preferably in financial services/wealth management• Deep knowledge of the sales process in Wealth Management• Strong verbal, written, and overall communication skills• Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal oversight• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe• Genuine interest in driving impact for the wealth management client business
