Possess the hunger to be great and don't want to settle for being average. Are self-motivated and regimented. Have past sales experience (desired but not required) Have an athlete's mentality and work ethic. Have the ability to motivate and inspire those around them. Work well with others in a team environment. Requirements: Must be legally allowed to work in the United States. Must pass a background check. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Must be able to travel within a 60-mile radius of the office. Must be willing and able to climb a ladder and complete a roof inspection. Must have evening and weekend availability. This is not a 9-5 position.
