Cleaning Services Manager

Our client, a growing commercial cleaning company, is seeking a Janitorial Managr to join their team

  Job Responsibilities · Schedule and conduct customer visits
· Provide immediate response to customer inquires
· Assure subordinates meet all safety, quality and budgetary goals
· Assure completion and compliance with the company's quality program
· Review and control labor and supply costs within the area
· Assure compliance with all OSHA, MIOSHA and other governmental agencies regarding the safe work operations
· Will be interviewing, hiring and processing on-boarding activities
· Target areas of deficient and/or non-conforming cleaning, define and implement corrective measures to eliminate reoccurrence
· Frequently review customer activity where additional services may be needed

 
Job Qualifications · 3 years of management experience
· Knowledge of terminology specific to the commercial cleaning industry
· Proficient in a variety of software applications
· Ability to work with frequently changing priorities
· Ability to maintain diplomacy, confidentiality, and tact
· Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and motivational skills
· Must possess strong problem-solving skills
