SUMMARY: The Citrus Club Assistant Manager will provide support to the Citrus Club Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences, uphold 5-Star Luxury Service Standards, oversee staff, and maximize revenue for the department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  Major areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: 
Interview, hire, train, coach, and counsel all Citrus Club teammates. Assist with managing payroll for Citrus Club teammates. Organize, build, and maintain a professional work environment.  Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for Citrus Club. Address guest feedback and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.  Manage and coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.  Ensure orders are prepared and presented to the highest quality standards.  Oversee order accuracy and ensure all special requests are fulfilled.  Develop and implement strategies to increase Citrus Club revenue, such as promotions and upselling. Monitor and prepare reports for Citrus Club sales and revenue performance, and adjust strategies as needed.  Control costs to maximize departmental profitability. Maintain proper inventory levels of Citrus Club supplies, including food, beverages, and service equipment. Provide recommendations for improvements and future planning. Assist the Food & Beverage management team in other F&B outlets as needed.  Assist with special projects as assigned. Participate in service culture by circulating on the floor, continually checking in with guests and service staff to ensure satisfaction.  Conduct pre-shift departmental meetings and communicate pertinent information to teammates.  Ensure the department abides by all safety and sanitation policies.  Represent the Food & Beverage Managers in their absence. QUALIFICATIONS:  High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.  Previous POS experience. Previous experience in an upscale or luxury hotel operation, including restaurants, and bars preferred. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages required.  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
