Job Description:

L Brands is seeking a motivated and independent Chat Support Officer to join our team in Washington, D.C., US. As a part-time entry-level position, the Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via online chat platforms.2. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.3. Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence when interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer inquiries are resolved efficiently.5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company.7. Assist with other customer service duties as needed.

Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role.2. Motivated and independent individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers.4. Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with others effectively.5. Proficient in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools.6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.7. High school diploma or equivalent.
