Job Description:

Nuro is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. The ideal candidate will be driven and hardworking, with a strong ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively4. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience6. Utilize knowledge base and resources to provide accurate solutions to customer inquiries

Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in customer service or support2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills3. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment4. Strong problem-solving skills5. Teamwork and people management skills6. High school diploma or equivalent
