Responsibilities
• Advancing the academic development of established divisions• Overseeing the recruitment, retention, and professional growth of a diverse faculty• Encouraging interdisciplinary and collaborative research• Cultivating partnerships with internal and external stakeholders• Upholding the highest standards in patient care, safety, and educational outcomes
Requirements
• MD, MD/PhD, DO, or equivalent clinician with substantial leadership experience• American Board Certified in Family Medicine• Significant academic, clinical, and administrative experience• Understanding of health care delivery, strategy, business planning, operations, and finance
