Delaware North Sportservice is hiring Banquet Servers to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Banquet Server, you will provide outstanding guest service while serving food and beverages in a banquet setting. Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012. At Titletown we manage The Turn, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, and operate special events including seasonal sledding and ice skating.
Assist with the complete catering setup in accordance with banquet event order (BEO), including but not limited to, tables settings, buffets, and beverage stations. Accurately transports food and beverages to guests in a timely manner. Performs necessary tasks to service guests including, but not limited to, filling drink orders, providing refills, answering questions, and clearing dirty dishes. Notifies guests of food and beverage preparation techniques and has knowledge of menu offerings. Monitors guest needs on a continual basis ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handles any guest complaints. Replenishes food on buffet lines if necessary. Maintains a safe and clean environment for guests and fellow associates. Ensures proper stock of all product and supplies needed for service. Breaks down event according to company procedures. May be required to bus tables during and at completion of event. Performs other duties as assigned. Must be 16 years of age. Minimum of 1-3 months previous experience in food & beverage service or related guest service environment preferred. Excellent guest service skills: ability to adhere to Company's GuestPath Universal Service Standards. Ability to complete required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple table assignments at one time. Ability to work with the varying event schedule is preferred. Strong communication skills, including listening skills and ability to take food and beverage orders and fill those orders correctly. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service and clean-up of functions. Ability to stand or walk for entire length of shift; may include walking up and down stairs. Good mobility to maneuver between tables to deliver food to customers. Oversee events indoors as well as outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
