Responsibilities
• Be the friendly face that greets everyone who walks through our doors• Offer assistance, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience• Keep shelves perfectly stocked, displays appealing, and store clean• Efficiently manage the cash register and handle transactions• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations• Maintain a clean and inviting store• Participate in keeping the outdoor space clean and welcoming
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older• Must be able to work weekends and holidays• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively• Basic math skills required• Capable of lifting 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
