Join Community Living Alliance in implementing a new role! We are looking for experienced caregivers for our Care Specialist position to cover the morning and/or evening shifts. We are looking to fill 6 positions (3 morning and 3 evening) with set schedules, 30 hours guaranteed (able to work up to 40), PTO, Medical Benefits, every other weekend off, paid travel time, mileage reimbursement, access to transportation if you need help getting to work, no mandated hours/overtime, and so much more! This position will be trained to see clients in their homes throughout Dane County to provide personal care services to client with a variety of disabilities. Personal cares Provide assistance with household chores. Guaranteed Hours Flexible Schedule No Mandated Hours/Overtime Holiday Pay Paid Travel Time Hiring Bonus - $700 structured hiring bonus Mileage Reimbursement Health, Dental, & Vision available for individuals working 30+ hrs per week Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements : 18+ years of age, required. Available to work every-other-weekend, required. Capable of lifting/moving 35 pounds 6+ months experience delivering personal cares, required. In-home experience, preferred.
