Responsibilities
• Receive incoming calls for roadside assistance• Gather information and process requests• Provide detailed information on road service products and services• Provide Five Diamond Customer service• Encourage member retention, renewal, and new membership sales• Deal with members' emotional states• Utilize department software for accurate information and prioritization• Help members determine exact location of disabled vehicle• Adhere to department standards for call work• Provide information on road service policies and procedures
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree)• Customer Service experience required• Call Center experience preferred• Ability to address high volume and challenging situations• Ability to listen, understand, and communicate effectively• Ability to read maps and utilize navigation resources• Ability to convince others and build mutual trust and respect• Ability to apply general rules to specific problems• Ability to maintain confidentiality• Proficient computer skills
