Job DescriptionAn esteemed leader in meal-delivery systems for the healthcare foodservice industry, our client seeks a talented Business Applications Analyst to support critical software applications and systems. This role involves report development, data analysis and bridging IT with various business functions. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience. 
Business Applications Analyst Responsibilities:  Develop and maintain reports for business analysis and decision support 
Support and analyze business-critical software applications like CRM, ERP and e-commerce platforms 
Ensure data integrity and conduct data mining for enhanced business insights 
Assist in managing customer-facing websites, web order systems and EDI 
Lead IT projects and initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes 
Create technical and user application documentation 
Oversee testing and end-user acceptance of business applications 
Design and maintain various business forms across multiple systems 
Business Applications Analyst Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field 
3-5 years of relevant experience  
Strong understanding of manufacturing business workflows 
Proficiency in problem-solving and complex analysis 
Effective collaboration within team settings 
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
Customer-centric approach to tasks 
Familiarity with collaboration tools and project management software 
Prior experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation preferred 
Knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne, Infor CRM, ReportsNow, Adobe Commerce (Magento) and SQL is advantageous
