Responsibilities
• Triage and resolve complex product issues• Document events related to issue resolution• Develop and support Power Apps processes and bots• Test, organize and report progress on ongoing issues• Summarize customer input/comments for product planning• Preferred experience in Automation Anywhere bot development• Support the Hyper care period after go-live
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field• 4+ years of support experience on Microsoft Power apps• Certification regarding Power Apps and Power Platform• Understanding of basic Internet and client/server architectures• Preferred experience working with development teams• Experience in systems implementation and business analysis• Ability to work in shift models (afternoon/night shifts)
Key Skills Needed
• Technical expertise in issue resolution• Experience in Power Apps development/support• Knowledge of Automation Anywhere• Strong communication and documentation skills• Understanding of internet and client/server architectures
