Position Overview:
As a Business Analyst on our Manufacturing team, you'll play a pivotal role in analyzing business scenarios and requirements, designing automated system controls, and driving organizational information solutions. This remote position requires candidates currently located within the Eastern time zone in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with end users to analyze, define, and document systems requirements.
- Construct workflow charts, study system capabilities, and develop specifications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate organizational change management.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments.
- Keep leadership informed of project milestones, issues, and results.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of business/system analysis experience in Manufacturing solutions.
- Strong ERP experience, particularly in Manufacturing Module and/or Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS).
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Additional Information:
- Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 annually (may vary based on location).
- Eligibility for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock, based on individual performance.
- Benefits/perks may vary by location and employment nature, including healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, and PTO.
