Job Summary
This position is an integral part of the Enterprise Data & Analytics Team, actively collaborating on enterprise-wide and business unit-specific initiatives focused on improving organizational efficiency. The position encompasses the analysis of clinical, operational, and business processes alongside the identification of data-driven insights to support process improvement recommendations. It requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on working with consumers to understand and document business needs. Additionally, an aptitude for working with data consumers to identify and deliver solutions using best practice reporting tools is essential
Job Requirements
Education
Preferred: Associates degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience
Preferred: 0-2 years' experience in a business analyst role with a focus on system automation or a related field OR Associates degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
