Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview: As an Epicor Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of our Epicor ERP system. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Epicor framework. This role requires a deep understanding of Epicor modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Epicor ERP system enhancements and customizations.
Configure and customize Epicor modules to align with business processes and requirements.
Lead end-user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of Epicor system functionalities.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and support to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and technical specifications.
Stay updated on the latest Epicor releases, features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Partner with IT teams and external vendors to implement integrations and upgrades as needed.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving system-related issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an Epicor Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of Epicor ERP system functionalities.
Hands-on experience with Epicor configuration, customization, and implementation projects.
Proficiency in SQL queries and data analysis tools for troubleshooting and reporting purposes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Epicor certification(s) preferred.
