Serve as liaison between business and ITTranslate complex business needs into application softwareLead discovery and requirements refinement sessions

Responsibilities
• Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions• Analyze complex end user needs• Determine specific business application software requirements• Develop project plans and requirement traceability metrics• Identify and coordinate resources• Partner with cross functional teams• Address questions/issues from software users• Provide direction and guidance to team members• Serve as an expert for the team
Requirements
• BA/BS degree and minimum of 5 years business analysis experience• PBM and pharmacy knowledge preferred• Knowledge of requirement management tool like Blue Print preferred• Knowledge of Agile/Safe practices preferred• Thorough knowledge of business analysis process• Strong communication, elicitation, and requirement documentation skills• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced changing environment
