This is a Hybrid work-from-home position reporting to the office 3 days a week in Carrollton, Texas.

This role is pivotal in upholding the visual integrity of our brand, ensuring that every piece of visual content—from photography to videography—resonates with our audience while maintaining our brand's aesthetic. You'll be instrumental in transforming creative concepts into compelling visual narratives that not only reflect our identity but also drive engagement and contribute to growth.
The Brand Marketing Visual Coordinator is an imaginative and strategic thinker who supports the Leatherology Marketing team by crafting compelling visual assets that resonate with the target audience. This role is pivotal in upholding the visual integrity of our brand, ensuring that every piece of visual content—from photography to videography—resonates with our audience while maintaining our brand's aesthetic. You'll be instrumental in transforming creative concepts into compelling visual narratives that not only reflect our identity but also drive engagement and contribute to growth. Duties and Responsibilities
Below is a list of the primary job duties and responsibilities for the Brand Marketing Visual Coordinator. The responsibilities below are meant as a guide for core job functions but are not exhaustive. Production Planning and Content Creation Collaborate across marketing, design, and merchandising teams to set photography standards and manage editorial photoshoots for new launches. Lead creative research to shape our visual marketing strategy for the seasons ahead. Strategize on visual communications that enhance brand presence and product visibility, generating traffic and sales. Define the visual storytelling approach through mood boards, look books, and more. Produce and refine video content for various channels, ensuring quality and consistency. Work with creative leadership to streamline creative processes and project delivery. Creative Project and Visual Asset Management Play a pivotal role in ensuring creative projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to company and marketing department goals. Manage visual asset project timelines for launches and shoots, leveraging strong project management skills. Build and maintain relationships with external partners – creative agencies, photographers, stylists, model agencies and image editing services - to facilitate seamless collaboration. Set guidelines for product photography and video editing, keeping pace with ecommerce trends. Plan, create, and maintain shot sheets for editorial photoshoots and product photography as needed Organize and archive visual assets meticulously, ensuring easy access and use Conduct regular audits to optimize the visuals onsite and fix issues as they arise Oversee photography samples, handling their prep, transportation, and care, while maintaining a clean and organized photo studio and sample space in partnership with merchandising and product teams Ensure strict adherence to brand visual guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in project management or creative operations, ideally within a creative agency or in-house team. A portfolio showcasing your expertise in visual content creation. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or other video editing software, Photoshop, Illustrator, and familiarity with social media and merchandising tools. Experience with photography and video production equipment is preferred. Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in project management software like Airtable. A detail-oriented approach, focusing on quality and precision in all tasks. An eagerness to contribute to other marketing initiatives as needed. About the Business
