Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Analytics Manager will play a crucial role in analyzing marketing performance data, developing actionable insights, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive marketing and sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize advanced statistical tools such as Power BI to aggregate and analyze marketing and sales performance data.
Develop and maintain dynamic marketing KPI dashboards, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and infographics to effectively communicate key trends and best practices to sales and marketing teams.
Identify opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance marketing ROI through data-driven insights.
Manage relationships with third-party data sources and vendors to ensure access to relevant market data.
Collaborate closely with Regional Marketing Directors and the Director of Digital Marketing to develop strategic marketing plans for assigned communities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics, or related field. MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
Eight to ten years of progressive experience in marketing analytics.
Proven track record in measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, both traditional and digital, in driving sales funnel traffic.
Key Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Deep understanding of key business metrics and market conditions within the industry.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and provide subject matter expertise in marketing analytics.
