• Provide channel management with campaign information• Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategic changes• Research marketing trends and implement into business practices• Identify and monitor internal benchmarks• Support marketer business requirements• Ensure data and resources are provided• Work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED• 2 years of marketing experience• Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred• Experience in Marketing division• Experience in resort setting• Effective communication in English (written and verbal)• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
