We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our rapidly expanding team, comprising over 700 highly skilled technical and non-technical experts across eight offices in Ukraine, Estonia, India, and the USA.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales and account managers to establish and nurture relationships with potential clients.
Gain a deep understanding of potential clients' objectives and requirements.
Facilitate effective internal communication, translating client needs into actionable strategies.
Provide guidance and consultancy to clients on developing an effective Omnichannel IT ecosystem, including platforms and integration.
Assist in the strategic and tactical planning of digital marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
Design and implement Customer Journeys using Marketing Automation tools, or collaborate closely with other specialists on such tasks.
Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance for clients, offering suggestions for improvement.
Share expertise within the company to support account managers and sales in developing Omnichannel-related services.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
6+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation.
Core understanding of building and operating a digital marketing IT ecosystem.
Familiarity with enterprise-level Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, and Oracle Eloqua.
Experience across various communication channels, including email, SMS, messengers, webinars, social media, and paid ads.
Project management and coordination experience in marketing/digital campaigns.
Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills.
Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team environment.
