Faith2 Felicity's Crystal Café in Oxon Hill , MD is looking for boutique sales associates to join our team. We are located on 164 Waterfront St. Our ideal candidate has a great personaliity, attentive, punctual, and engaged. Responsibilities *Light jewelry assembly
*Process outgoing orders accurately
*Quality control checks of components and finished goods
* Extremely detail-oriented (this is a MUST!) * Listens to customers and uses their feedback to improve service levels in the jewelry production.
* Executing repetitive packaging tasks correctly and efficiently,
*Report inventory to the team leader.
*Able to commit 30-40 hours per week.
*Willingness to work extra hours during holidays, when necessary
*Has excellent dexterity / able to work with small packaging materials & jewelry components
THE BEST CANDIDATE is: *Motivated, self-sufficient worker with both team projects and individual tasks
*Is reliable and responsible
*Positive attitude, able to roll with the punches
*Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality of work
*Able to perform repetitive tasks
Desired Skills and Expertise * 1 plus years at sales specialty retail
* 1 year of jewelry making.
* Knowledge of precious and semi-precious gemstones attributes, properties, and historical usage.
* Experience in an environment where customer service is highly regarded.
Other Skills
* Ability to read and write English fluently, including business communication.
* Excellent customer service.
* Must enjoy fashion and advising others on style and color combinations.
* Proven effective interpersonal skills at all levels.
