Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional guest experience and drive sales through customer service• Promote and educate guests on credit and loyalty programs to build loyalty• Execute store merchandising direction and standards• Manage product flow and inventory flexing• Utilize company standard software, systems, and procedures• Engage in teamwork to accomplish goals• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Customer service experience preferred• Strong verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and with a team• Helpful attitude towards guests and team members• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes• Utilization of Zebra PDA and POS Systems• Ability to work varying hours and schedules, including weekends and holidays• Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 pounds• Must possess reliable transportation
