JOB SUMMARY
The Lead Analyst is accountability for leading cross-functional team(s) across applications and collaborates across other teams and projects. This includes coordinating cross-functional teams and resources across assigned Ellit Groups partner IS, Operations, Vendor(s) and/or other system related functional resources required to implement and support IS projects at the enterprise level. This work may include new applications, modules, and software installations, interface/integration, hardware upgrades, and major application upgrades. This position requires minimal supervision as the individuals are self-starters and take responsibility for the projects assigned under their manager's direction. The Lead Analyst will work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership within assigned Ellit Groups partner IS and Affiliates across the system to provide support, training, and participate in goals/objectives planning and prioritization as it relates to IS applications. The Lead Analyst will prepare status reports; create working design and specification documents, system enhancements and/or modifications requested and approved. The lead analyst will utilize project management tools and techniques to provide project guidance and direction. This position must maintain a familiarity with new and currently installed applications/modules to provide guidance to the team in troubleshooting functionality and providing support and direction on the effective usage and continued growth of the products. This individual must have a thorough understanding of the appropriate business and clinical functions and processes within the organization they support, as well as promote assigned Ellit Groups partner IS initiatives, standards, and build the bridge between assigned Ellit Groups partner IS, Operations, and Vendor(s).

Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Epic Ambulatory module in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Ambulatory workflows, functionalities, and best practices.
Analyze and assess current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance system usability and efficiency.
Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to understand their needs and translate requirements into actionable system configurations.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the Epic Ambulatory system.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting efforts as needed.
Stay current with Epic updates, industry trends, and best practices related to Ambulatory care delivery.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
Epic Ambulatory certification required.
Minimum of [X] years of experience in Epic Ambulatory implementation, optimization, and support.
Strong understanding of Ambulatory clinical workflows and operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clinical and technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead projects, drive change, and deliver results in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Experience with system configuration, build, and testing methodologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
