Job summary
This position primarily serves as a Travel Program cardholder for the agencyHandles all travel and travel related activities for the agency's executive staffProvides assistance to LDR staff regarding travel related issues and questions

Responsibilities
• Handles all travel and travel related activities for the agency's executive staff• Manages any travel advance requests once approved for processing• Ensures only authorized travel charges are made on the travel card• Reviews travel authorizations and corresponding documentation to ensure compliance• Uploads and submits all required travel documentation to the Works system• Reviews monthly statements to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies• Acquires and maintains knowledge of state travel regulations and agency policies• Conducts research on transactions to ensure appropriate card usage• Trains agency staff on travel policies and procedures• Provides assistance to LDR staff regarding travel related issues
Requirements
• A baccalaureate degree plus one year of professional level experience in administrative services• Six years of full-time work experience in any field may substitute for the required degree• Candidates without a degree may combine work experience and college credit to substitute• Examples of professional administrative service fields include accounting, financial auditing, human resources, and information technology
