About this Role:We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of Acquisitions Associate. The position will assist in the identification and underwriting of single-family property acquisitions in key markets across the US. The ideal candidate will have the ability to accurately identify and underwrite prospective single-family properties, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. As Acquisitions Associate, you are responsible for driving the company's property acquisitions pipeline and growing the portfolio of single-family homes in key and target markets. Being a member of a small team, you'll enjoy thinking broadly and strategically while executing quickly and tactically, having a direct impact on the company's results. What You'll Do:Assist in the identification and underwriting of single-family property acquisitions in the key markets throughout North AmericaResearch and analyze numerous submarkets, both from the desk and "in the field," to gain intimate knowledge of targeted market opportunities.Track sales and listing activities in each of the submarkets.Conduct and coordinate due diligence activities of potential acquisitionsPrepare and present investment package materials to Pacaso's Investment Committee.
