Manage accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and yearly end close. Assist controller to ensure a clean and timely year end audits. Fixed asset management, maintain accounting methods, policies and principles to produce accurate financial reports or statement. Responsible for the compilation, evaluation, and analysis of financial information, acquisitions, sales and market opportunities, and other financial data. Works with minimal supervision and uses own initiative to solve problems, make recommendations and ensure implementation. Financial closing, B/S account reconciliation/analysis GL/COA, AP/AR Processing management Manage interim period and year-end financials in US GAAP and IFRS. Develop financial reporting systems and procedure to evaluate, analyze and manage the efficiency and performance of the business units. Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return. Cost management, Budgeting & Expense manage Manage Working capital status, free cash flow analysis Requirement:
Min. of Bachelor degree in Accounting. CPA / MBA / CMA – preferred 5 -7 years of experience with international organizations and reporting to overseas headquarters is required. Employer Offers:
