Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Ross Stores. This is a remote work position based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our key accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts- Act as the main point of contact for account inquiries and issues- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create customized solutions for each account- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management- Provide support and guidance to junior account management team members
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or a related role- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving customer satisfaction- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude- Ability to work independently and remotely- Driven and adaptable personality traits- Strong persuasion skills- Equal Opportunity Statement:
