Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team at Stryker in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in account management or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient and independent, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage and support key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner- Develop relationships with clients to understand their goals and help them achieve success- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts- Assist in the development of account strategies and plans to drive revenue and profitability- Provide regular reports and updates to management on account performance and areas for improvement- Manage contract negotiations and renewals with clients- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- 5+ years of experience in account management or a related role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
