Job Duties: + Take inbound calls from corporate customers and U-Haul associates to research/resolve billing issues
+ Make outbound collection calls on past due corporate accounts.
+ Take payments, issue credits and refunds.
+ Review system processes to identify errors and correct as necessary.
+ Recommend and implement changes to existing or new processes.
Requirements: + Comfortable making outbound calls to corporate account
+ Willing to learn how to efficiently navigate SAP
+ Comfortable using a computer and Microsoft office programs
+ Must be able to pass background, drug, and credit check
+ High level of accuracy
+ Be coachable
+ Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
+ Excellent note taking skills
+ Ability to type 45 wpm
+ 10-key proficient
+ Ability to multitask
