Romexterra is a leading restoration company, serving all of Chicagoland for over 20 years. We help property owners recover after a loss event, such as fire, water damage, mold, and storms. As a full-service restoration company, we provide loss mitigation, contents management, reconstruction, and exterior repair/replacement. As we continue to grow over 30% annually, we are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and self-driven Account Relationship Representative to join our team.
Summary
As an Account Relationship Representative at Romexterra, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by cultivating a book of business, and building relationships with our channel partners to earn their customer referrals. For example, youll be tasked with building relationships with insurance agencies so they refer Romexterra to their homeowners when the homeowner experiences a loss. Or, you may have commercial, multi-unit, or municipal properties in your portfolio where you build relationships to earn their restoration business. Additionally, you may have a portfolio of companies in adjacent industries, e.g. plumbing companies or fire departments, where you build and maintain a referral network. You will be responsible for understanding our services, and effectively communicating their value to earn referrals to meet or exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and maintain strong relationships within target organizations. Develop and maintain efficient routes for effective time management when visiting clients. Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with target clients, utilizing advanced sales techniques to match techniques to personality types. Look for opportunities to leverage your time with clients, such as industry events, outings, and entertainment venues. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and campaigns. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular activity reports to management, leveraging CRM systems and other tools. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and potential threats. **Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven record of success in sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales productivity tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience with the insurance industry and insurance claims is a plus, but having the attributes of self-motivation and ability to quickly build strong relationships outweighs specific industry experience. **Benefits:**

- Base salary commensurate with experience ($45,000 - $65,000), plus:
First-year commission expectation ~$20,000. Second-year commission expectation ~$50,000. 3+-year commission expectation >$75,000. Plus bonus tiers for aggregate sales volume in addition to commissions, up to an additional $50,000 annually.
