Responsibilities
• Use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to provide personalized behavior support services in homes and/or community settings• Apply individualized treatment using behavior intervention plans• Collect and record data in Electronic Health Records system• Guide and support families and caregivers• Foster professional development through performance reviews• Celebrate differences and thrive on diversity• Be a steward of ATS's mission, vision, values, and beliefs
Requirements
• Professional experience working with children or individuals with disabilities• Educational experience in a field related to the industry• Proof of high school diploma or transcripts• At least 18 years old• Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record• Own reliable vehicle• Ability to work during evenings and after school hours• Ability to start working in a part-time role• Ability to use technology for documentation completion and administrative responsibilities
