Zos System Administrator

Provide Business hours support and then On-Call support as is the norm in BAU Service Delivery Role.
· Monitor and Support IPLs and PORs
· Update turnover/call log documentation
· Root cause analysis for problems
· Open problem tickets with vendors, as necessary
· Resolving ABENDs and batch jobs owned by MVS
· Escalate critical items to management on a timely basis, as needed
· Consultation on product usage
· Support installation procedures, standards, and operational procedures for Mainframe admin group
· Participating in Disaster Recovery related activities
· Support for all z/OS software products
