Theyprovidedesign guidance for more complex jobsregarding latesttechnologies.Why is this so important?Theworkof theZone Network Integration Specialist impactsstart-up / commissioningandjob schedule and customer acceptance, helpsto reduce labor timeofa job, andultimately improvescustomer satisfaction.You'llbe a key player inprovidingimproved occupant comfort, efficient operation of building systems, reduction in energy consumptionand operating costs for ourclients,and create a more sustainable future for our environment.? ??As aZone Network Integration Specialist, you will:Lead technical delivery for complex network or integration projects.Coordinate with Specialists from Solutions or Service, ATS and Field Technical Support Engineer personnel as neededAnalyze customer and company system requirements for use / integration and recommend and implement technical solutions to meet the needsConfigure and troubleshoot integrated products and devicesDiagnose and resolve network / integration technical problems on customer sites and provide appropriate reports to managementCoordinate installations and/or upgrades of company systems with Customers IT DepartmentTroubleshoot network, software, hosted system malfunctionsShare high level competence on Networking, Network Architecture, and other software and hardware solutionsDevelop innovative and creative solutions and share with others.Maintain technical expertise on all new products, tools, and gateways through continuing education initiativesMentor newer employeesYou will make an impact with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:??Associate's degree in engineering, technology, or other related technical field or significant experience with networks and 3rd party systems 5+ years' experience with Networks, 3rd party systemsDemonstrated knowledge of HVAC control, Fire systems, Security system applications, engineering, installation, service and problem resolutionDemonstrated experience with Workstation/Server, Router, and IT protocols and how they are used in BT offeringsDemonstrated proficiency in Network Architecture (routers, switches), Network Configuration, and server set upExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTravel requirements: up to 50%Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violationsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeCurrent and in-depth understanding of Siemens product softwareCISCO Certified/MCSE preferredYou'll benefitfrom:?Our variety of health and wellnessbenefits toour employees.
