• Implement LifeSkills and Second Step Curriculum in K-12 classrooms• Adapt curriculum to meet student and school needs• Facilitate engaging and interactive lessons• Build rapport with students and provide one-on-one support• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents• Collect data and maintain accurate records• Prepare reports on program progress• Assess program effectiveness and make recommendations• Attend meetings, training sessions, and workshops• Travel to different school locations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferred• Experience working with K-12 students in a classroom or educational setting• Knowledge of evidence-based prevention programs• Strong communication, presentation, and group facilitation skills• Passion for mental health awareness and substance abuse prevention• Ability to engage and connect with students effectively• Reliable transportation for travel• Working off-site for events and meetings• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and operate a computer• Effective communication skills
