Yard Dispatcher

Yard Dispatcher Pay: $20/hr.
Hours: MondayFriday 7AM4PM

Job Description: We are seeking candidates with over three years of dispatching experience. The role involves communicating with customers associates and management about shipping orders addressing service issues shipping concerns and complaints. Responsibilities include estimating delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules receiving brick stone and other masonry materials into inventory using operating systems and compiling data from various sources such as contracts purchase orders invoices requisitions and accounting reports. You will also be responsible for entering this information into the computer to maintain records for inventory purchasing and shipping. Additionally the role includes managing inventory and organizing the yard and warehouse.
Requirements: 3 years exp in Dispatching Role Excellent verbal & written communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel (JDE) Job Order 118647 StandBy Personnel Skilled Division
