X Ray Technologist

X Ray Technician –

Fort Myers, FL

Contract to Hire* Interview: On-site Schedule: 8, 10, or 12 hr shift Pay: $28

Responsibilities

Interview patients and document basic medical history
Perform x-rays within scope of practice
Patient shielding and ALARA standards
Maintain equipment and verify conditions of network and x-ray server
Arrange laboratory services
Update patient charts
Assist during medical examinations
Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
Cross-train with front desk medical receptionist duties as needed

Skills

Proven working experience as an X-ray tech and direct patient care
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
ARRT or BMO certification REQUIRED

License/Certification

BLS Certification (Required)
BMO (Required)
