Title: Workplace Strategy Practice Leader
Reports to: President or CEO
ROLE SUMMARY:
This key role provides strategy, market enablement, collateral production and client consultation around the CBI
Workplace Consulting business line (one of CBI's 3 primary lines of business).
This role will own the development of replicable methods and solutions, capturing and utilizing workplace experience
and data. These tools will assist our clients to strategically plan, implement, align and optimize the client's workplace to
the goals and objectives of the organization, incorporating and leveraging the use of CBI's exhaustive client
engagements, and data analytics of previously successful projects.

Responsibilities:
• EXPERTISE: Recognized as a subject-matter expert in the Workplace Strategy domain.
• MARKET SEGMENTATION AND SELECTION: Understanding of macro and micro dynamics in the workplace and the economic drivers in the markets in which we do business, and then identifying the pain points and/or requirements for which CBI offerings can provide value. • OFFERING DEFINITION AND DEVELOPMENT: Optimize existing and capture new data, methods & tools for effective and repeatable deployments. Establish a deployment approach and culture that uses initial engagements to define and refine analytics, methods & templates that can be used by others in the organization (once trained) to deliver value to our clients.
• MARKETING: Play a role in the commercialization, marketing and communication of the solution offerings (define, value proposition, case studies) to build compelling "purchasable" offerings in order to generate interest and demand.
• BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES: Identify and engage with our markets to drive consulting engagement, penetration and scale. Utilize
personal consulting expertise to nurture, frame and close business.
• DELIVERY: Ensure the capacity (volume), capability (quality) and discipline (defined processes) of the delivery team to drive profitable and predictable client satisfaction. Use of methods and templates to continually increase the value, professionalism and profitability of our consulting offerings.
