* **Training:**
* Develop and deliver impactful training programs for new hires on company policies, procedures, and best practices in temporary housing placement.
* Serve as a mentor and resource for new team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to succeed.
* Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and company updates, continuously refining training content.
