Responsibilities
• Lead daily cabin cleanings to meet high standards and ensure successful customer sign off• Cleaning exteriors of aircraft, sometimes outside and in inclement weather• Clean facilities to a high level of detail as required• Perform cabin walks on every aircraft to checklist standard for quality control• Organize team to maximize labor hours and clean effectively• Ensure safety is upheld to the highest standards• Maintain cost metrics and paperwork to ensure profitability and compliance• Create staff schedule aligning with labor metrics• Keep records of badging compliance with airport rules• Complete various forms and inventory management tasks• Maintain positive communication with the team• Set goals and train team members in quality work and safety• Interview and hire team members based on company values• Complete disciplinary forms and advocate for raises• Support other teams and locations for network-wide strength
Requirements
• 1-3 years of management or supervisory experience preferred• Willingness to perform physical work and work flexible hours• Excellent communication skills and availability by cell phone 24/7• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform detailed cleaning• Medically cleared to operate heavy machinery• Pass basic background check and drug screening

• Lifting up to 50lbs, bending, and twisting• Cleaning to a high level of detail up to 8 hours per day• Medically cleared to operate heavy machinery and perform all physical work• Excellent communication availability by a cell phone with a consistent number 24/7• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work• Pass basic background check• Passing a drug screening
