Job Description
Candidates will be comfortable identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. The ability to recommend next steps to HR Partners and business leaders using strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs or available data elements. Experience providing consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues. May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
Responsibilities
Will have relevant experience in data analytics working with large data sets and ability to extract and transform data using various tools and technologies
Will transform data into actionable business information, and will make it readily accessible to stakeholders worldwide
Will use data to support ideas, drive actionable outcomes, and provide unique ways to present data and information in an easy to consume format
Will be passionate about finding root causes, trends, and patterns and how they impact business
Will draw inferences and conclusions, create dashboards and visualizations of processed data as a proof of concept
Will have excellent business and communication skills to be able to work with product owners to understand key business questions to build reports that enable product owners to answer those questions quickly and accurately
Will be very comfortable juggling competing priorities and handling ambiguity
Will thrive in an agile and fast-paced environment on highly visible projects and initiatives

US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
