Workforce Generalist *Hybrid* The primary purpose of this role is to build skills, knowledge and abilities for future talent in the areas of workforce strategy, data analytics, Field HR and HR Operations Delivery. The incumbent for this role will rotate through various assigned departments within Human Resources. Areas of focus include: Supporting the day-to-day operations of our strategic workforce management programs. The position will work with various projects that help build the future workforce (quantify the roles and skill sets required), build and develop labor productivity reporting and deliver analytics and project insights to assigned client groups. Incumbent may act as point of contact for caregivers, core leaders and HR partners in various scenarios including supporting Field HR with talent development and talent pipeline activities, supporting HR peers in providing solutions and outcomes that address caregiver and core leader needs and supporting implementation of HR programs and processes at the ministry, region and system levels

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Business, Liberal Studies, Human Resources, Statistics or other related fields

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
