Utilizing statistical models and data analysis to forecast demand and achieve financial and service objectives.
Collaborating with operational teams and finance to make informed staffing decisions.
Presenting staffing recommendations and complex analyses in a clear and concise manner to leadership.
Identifying emerging trends and driving solutions to ensure fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency.
Partnering with vendor partners and leading projects to enhance workforce effectiveness.
Proactively identifying and implementing solutions to complex problems, while demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
What You'll Bring:
We're looking for someone with a passion for data analysis and workforce management, along with the following qualifications:
3+ years of experience in service operations or workforce management.
Proficiency in Excel and other technical skills (SQL, BI) to handle large datasets and conduct advanced analyses.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience leading projects and driving financial outcomes.
A proactive mindset with a bias toward action and a knack for problem-solving.
