Responsibilities
• Manage Worker's Compensation Program according to established criteria• Maintain ongoing communication with TPA and review claims• Work closely with treating providers to establish a plan of care• Collaborate with Worker's Compensation Manager and legal counsel as needed• Maintain communication with injured employees, managers, and medical providers• Facilitate modified duty return to work• Complete and submit Unemployment Claims network-wide• Advise HR Directors of upcoming hearings or interviews• Follow physical and sensory requirements• Meet education, training, and experience qualifications
Requirements
• High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred• Minimum of 1-2 years of Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation experience• Familiarity with claims adjudication and administration• Proficient in using company systems or software• Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills
