Responsibilities
• Lead the Workday Record to Report workstream• Gather business requirements and translate into configuration elements• Prepare deliverables and collaborate across teams• Manage touchpoints with related Workday functional modules• Identify and address client needs• Participate and lead client discussions and meetings• Manage engagements and project economics• Supervise teams and provide feedback
Requirements
• Minimum 6 years of Workday product experience• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Finance, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science• Workday Services functional certification(s) preferred• Extensive-level abilities in managing client needs• Experience with at least three full Workday implementations• Excellent communication and leadership skills
