Hourly wage rates vary depending on role, state, skills, and experience.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We're looking for Workcampers with campground/hotel experience who own an RV/Camper. Someone who can work independently or as part of a team on demand, has strong attention to detail, and is interested in providing exceptional guest services. Note: If the candidate does not have an RV, we do have onsite accommodation available. Workcampers are required to work 40 hours a week WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Workampers will work in multiple roles during the season Housekeeping Grounds/Maintenance Front Desk/Guest Service Camp Post/Security Recreation/Activities Cafe/Retail WHAT YOU BRING High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm and friendly when confronted with upset visitors or problems The ability to be on your feet, ride a bike and/or drive a golf cart and move around freely with guests Ability to work positively with other campground employees and other staff members Support all company policies and procedures.
